These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between zj77 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you, the individual user ("you," "the Player," or "the Member"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all products, services, content, and features available through the zj77 platform, including the website at zj77.vip, all associated betting services, live casino products, slot games, and account management tools.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zj77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to notify zj77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

• Account Security: You must not share your login credentials with any third party. zj77 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from zj77 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• Account Activity: You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless and until you have notified zj77 of unauthorised access in accordance with these terms.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. zj77 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform from time to time. You will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.
• Account Closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting zj77 customer support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method prior to closure. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
• Suspension and Termination: zj77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice where the breach is of a serious nature.

All financial transactions on the zj77 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zj77 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be subject to a processing delay of up to 5 business days for reversal.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. Card withdrawal timelines depend on the issuing bank and may take up to 5 business days.
• Identity Verification Before Withdrawal: zj77 requires full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to be completed before any withdrawal is processed. • Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts for each market are displayed at the point of bet placement. zj77 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings on any single bet or within any single day at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement of more than 48 hours, match abandonment, obvious pricing errors, or technical system failures. Voided bets result in a full refund of the staked amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zj77 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and may be subject to forfeiture of all balances, permanent exclusion, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Platform Availability: zj77 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. Bets not placed due to platform unavailability are not the liability of zj77.
• Betting Outcomes: zj77 accepts no liability for any loss incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform. All gambling involves risk and you accept that risk in full when placing any wager.
